Variable Content: The more targeted and personalized your direct mail, the more effective the communication and the higher the response rate. With variable content, you can send multiple visual and text versions of your direct mail promotion based on variables including:

Bound check packs are an effective direct marketing choice because consumers can store them as active payment tools. Our unique flexibility in the bindery and conversion areas allows us to produce both top and side bound books ranging from 4 to 200 checks.

Inventory Procurement and Management

Harland Clarke can help manage other aspects of your direct mail programs including ongoing inventory control. We’ll help maintain inventory levels for materials, helping you reduce costs and improve efficiencies.

Fulfillment

Spoilage is unacceptable when you are mailing negotiable documents or running important programs. We will help to ensure your project will go out correctly and on time. In addition, our direct mail projects can be easily tracked in route through our online order tracking service.

Lettershop and Distribution

Harland Clarke’s direct mail services include lettershop finishing. In addition to traditional inserting equipment, we also have intelligent inserting for matched mailings. We can present mail directly to the USPS for pre-sort or via co-mingle mail for additional security and/or discount.
